Before you start adding test, consider maxing out what you have. You can take three oral meds:
Finasteride (propescia) which stops your testosterone from converting to DHT and also blocks DHT receptors.
Tomoxifen (Nolvadex) blocks etrogen receptors
Exemestane (Aromasin) prevents conversion of testosterone into estrogen and estradial.
That combo usually will increase your freely available (and usable) testosterone by 80-90%. At the same time it blocks the three "anti-testosterones" by between 70-95% depending on dosage.
Plus, if you get on these first, then decide you still want to add more testosterone into the mix later (always a good thing in my book), then you'll get way more bang for your buck because if your current naturally produced test is converting (which is usually the case) then adding more test is going to be pointless.
Also, doctors are generally idiots about test supplementation and try to start you out at around 250mg / week which actually only shuts down your natural production and leaves you with less than if you weren't taking anything at all. If you're going to do test, get the oil-based intramuscular injections, twice a week at 500mg + per week, and don't accept low amounts nor that goofy gel or patch crap.
