So Im a 20 year old healthy young guy and have been really tiered lately and weak.So I went and got my levels run they showed my testosterone at a 270 which is on the lower end.Anyone else have this problem.Things sexually have been difficult with lack of wood.SUGGESTIONS OR STORIES.

Have you talked to a doctor about it? Your testosterone may be lower than what's considered average, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it's abnormal. Maybe you had some changes in your lifestyle or behaviors lately?

Have you tried Supplements? I have the same problem and they've been awesome, but you have to be careful.

Some of the TEST Boosters I take:

Yohimbe
Tribulus
Maca
Ashwaganda
Horny Goat Weed (I know, I know, but it works!)
L-Arginine
Insonine
D-Aspartic Acid

And Anti-Estrogens:
Relora
Chrysin
Triphala

At 20 years old this is an abysmal number. Forget the supplements at this point in time because these can boost your low level to where you knock yourself out of qualifying for legitimate medical treatment. Do NOT do supplements. You may elect to do them later, but it is very difficult for a male to get HRT under the best of circumstances.

The next problem is that the number you have posted is only for serum testosterone level. To know what is going on the following tests will have to be run.

Serum Testosterone Level
Free Floating Testosterone Level
FSH Level,
DHT Level,
Prolactin Level

A low serum testosterone level is not a complete answer. If Serum is low the cause can be determined by the FSH. A low FSH level indicates that the problem is with the pituitary and a high FSH level indicates that the problem is with the testicles. It is FSH that tell the testes to produce.

The Serum can be low normal but the Free Floating can be so far below norm because that is what one has available for usage that you would qualify on that alone.

If the DHT level is in the cellar that is also a qualifier even if the Serum is above minimums.

An elevated estiadol level (estrogen) competes for the same receptors so an elevated estrogen level may also need to be treated. A standard estrogen antagonist on the RX level needs to be used, don't go along with them adding OTC crap to your regimen.

The Prolactin level is important because it is often elevated when there is a testosterone imbalance. It needs to be checked and watched because if either estiadol (estrogen) or prolactin remain elevated it will reduce the effectiveness of your RX treatment.

Good luck my friend, get a good MD involved in this one and remember that you're going to have a fight because of your age. There are MD's who will treat this. . . . .

Does horny goat weed actually work? What side-effects does it have? Is it worthwhile giving it a go? Or is it risky for someone who's healthy? I dont need a boost, but I'm curious what a boost would feel like...

I have issues with herbal supplements. I know some people swear by them, but they aren't regulated, and have very little published research behind them. For all you know, you might be getting sawdust and cardboard.

Due to your age, I would make sure you exhaust all possible avenues with your physician first.

I also have issues with herbals in this particular situation. The work or not work on these is a hit and miss proposition. Most herbals are not biologically active in humans. There are ways to make them biologically active but the genetic re-engineering necessary is expensive.

The main thing here is that you do not want to shoot yourself in the foot with regards to having access to legitimate testosterone replacement therapy.

Testosterone replacement done really correctly is a rare thing these days and it takes a really good specialist to do it right. Testosterone replacement done right is NOT bi-weekly injections of Depo-Testosterone/Testosterone Proprionate. It is a combination therapy of injections and some transdermals used simultaneously AND it requires a periodic treatment regimen with HGC to prevent testicular atrophy (Done right it is at about 90 day intervals) This removes your injectable and substitutes Human Chorionic Gonadotropin which throws your testicles into "warp drive".

This is one of the most often screwed up treatment regimens in the United States.

Get to a urologist to discuss your problem and hopefully you will be prescribed a testosterone transtermal replacement gel - There will be blood tests periodically before your amounts are correct but once adjusted so your testosterone levels are correct you will feel much better

maca, tribulus and horny goat weed didn't do one thing for me.

Yohimbine/yohimbe I've had different results, once added in a now discontinued fatburner I had a swollen dick all summer and didn't know why untill I looked at the ingredients.

After that, I've taken yohimbe seperately and it didn't do that much.

From time to time once or twice a year I will have a week or two where I have the same symptoms you have and mentally I just accept and welcome it and see it as a little break.

What helps for me is,

- Eating healthy
- Lots of water
- Workouts at the gym, especially leg workouts.
- Watching some of your fav porn, and not try to masturbate just let it run in the background if you have the privacy and do something else.

Just let it run it's course and don't force it out, for me after a week sometimes two, everything is back to normal.

If it lasts longer then a month I'd advice external help like a doctor.

i was lazy most of the time and didnt want to do much.
and when it came down to fuck my girfriend i was never hard and would kind of push her hand away so she couldnt feel my cock.
so one day i decided to change my life around.
stoped smoking, ran at least a mile everyday and did some pushups everyday ate healthy.
took vitamins daily before and after workouts (never took penis enhancers)
and now instead of pushing away my girlfriends hand away im pushing my cock in into the hands of her and all of her friends =)
