hillary, we need to signal to the world that the era of macho bullying bullshit is over. Also I believe she is the smartest of the pack. Edwards is a phony fighting for the poor from his 30000 square foot house. And Obama believes in separate but equal for gays which I think makes him a coward and a panderer. Hillary with Biden for VP

    Clinton because she's a Woman

    Obama because he's Black

    Edwards because he's fuckin Hot

Seriously though I place my vote on Obama because he is relatively young, intelligent, seems to be straight up, but am unsure if he has the toughness for day in day out dealings with tough issues.

Clinton has always had some sort of less than admirable slant to her.

Edwards I just cant see into that guy, he seems detached which may not really be a negative.

There thats my uninformed opinion. Will update as necessary or awareness becomes apparent.

If the election were held today I'd vote for Obama. For now, he draws the most attention from US mass media of any Democratic candidate and encourages thinking. Thinking is good. Advertising/fundraising is, unfortunately, key.

A bleeding heart from the most blue of blue states wonders why there are no Republicans listed in the poll. Put 'em up.

Speaking of Republicans, Romney was my Governor. He really sucks, trust me.

As of right now, I'm favoring Obama, however, any of the three are fine with me.

And Huckabee scares the living daylights out of me!

I've heard this sort of attack before, and think it's absurd. We don't insist that people who care for the sick be sick themselves, nor do we expect special-ed teachers to be learning impaired. But when a wealthy person expresses concern for the poor, we accuse them of phoniness and hypocrisy.

Do you believe that his work would have more value if he slept in a box and trash-picked for food?

Um...I know it's a caucus, but RON PAUL!

ANYONE but Hillary. Edwards is an idiot, if anyone watched him get schooled by Dick Cheney in the 04 debates. Obama...I reserve judgement as I've heard great sounding rhetoric and I'm awaiting substance.

Did anyone see the article where Hillary claimed oil producing nations would lower their prices if she was elected because they'd cower in fear of the coming environmental revolution and reduction in foreign oil dependancy she would miraculously pull off? LMAO!

And I agree with Mindseye's comment about the Edwards attack...AND Huckabee's being a scary prospect

I'm really a Kucinich fan because he wants a Department of Peace for his cabinet, but out of the three, I had heard Obama speak several times over the last few years, live and liked his style, but hearing him in Idaho and NH, his speaches have developed a MLK pattern and I think that's just pandering so I am going to pick Clinton in this instance because I think she will bring a woman's perspective to the office and be well equipped to repair some of our image issues on the world stage and bring more fiscal responsibility to the budget. Bill did a great job and he sure can give her tips.

    The one who can win.

I'm very pragmatic - I'll take someone I agree with 75% of the time who can win against someone I'm line ball with who can't.

I do admit being very disappointed with Obama's gay rights stances.

    In order
    1. Clinton
    2. Obama
    3. Edwards.

CLINTON as dem candidate certainly represents the best chance of Giuliani getting elected, which would, from my Brit p.o.v., be best for the world... but if one of those three had to be President, I'd choose Obama. I think he is sincere and truthful which neither of the other two is.

I'm not american and only know who Hilary is, so I thought I would ruin the accuracy of your poll by voting her even though I don't know or care (which I probably still should.)

That's right, I stooped that low.

Great post. I suppose the original poster expects Edwards to live in an upstairs apartment. He earned his money and has the right to what he wants with it. And he is. He's running for president to help the poor and end the war. I like Obama but he has some shady friends and Clinton is a corporate shill.
