I'm not a christian s i dont really know much about the bible but the buddah teaches something very similar to JC and alot of faiths have a similar way of looking at things like this i believe
The saying from a biddhist quote that i love is "When one who we betow with great love and trust betrays us most severaly, honour that person as our ultimate guru"
The meaning behind this being that when people hurt us they are teaching us something about ourselves...... instead of being hurt and offended... ask yourself
