Exactly! Not about who has the best close up or how much lands on your pubes. It’s what people find the best one, and no body can decide against the viewers and voters decision. Glad someone pointed it out even more

I have some further suggestions, too:

Perhaps having the vote count anonymous to us next time would be more ideal?

Also maybe a clearer outline on what is or isn't allowed in terms of the voting process? I get that it would be difficult to enforce, but I think criteria that promotes equal opportunities to candidates would be be good for future contests

I tried to do this but the software we use didn't allow for that, unfortunately.

I just want to add I have not had a chance to catch up on the entire thread. I have seen a few posts and complaints/comments.

I'm just going to say a few words on this. The contests I've run up until now were all vague and open to interpretation. I gave users the option to vote for either your favorite user or piece of content. In this case, I did the same thing. We didn't have any rules on self-promotion or any rules for or against campaigning. I'm happy to consider new rules for future contests. Regarding this contest, I think it would be unfair to change things.
