I actually made a list for the LPSG Camp Out thread of places I enjoyed staying. I think this may be a better place for it though.

I used to travel quite a bit for work and I have a number of favorite hotels. All have exemplary service and great restaurants. More importantly, as a woman traveling alone I always felt safe in these establishments.

Here's where I like to stay on the road:

Sheraton 4 Points - Lansing, MI
Hilton Houston Westchase - Houston, TX
Embassy Suites - Milpitas, CA
Marriott Renaissance - Seattle, WA
Best Western Quiet House - Mequon, WI
The American Club Resort Hotel
- Kohler, WI

Thank you for the tip NJ. It looks like I might be traveling with my job again. It is taking me into the Houston area. I will have to keep this hotel in mind.
You have any idea of a good day spa there as well?
Sister gal is in need of a good massage with manicure and pedicure.
