I just had some last night...They are so cool!

A while ago, when I first started having them I developed the ability to fly. It's kinda weird because I have to actually flap my arms a couple times to get my self off the ground, and it feels like I'm treading water, but then when I get used to it, I can basically just levitate around my "dreamscape" standing completely upright in the air.

Just recently I developed telekinesis in my dream as well...I remember thinking, "If I'm dreaming, I should be able to just will that object toward my hand..." and I did!

I can do anything I want in my lucid dreams, but I inevitably end up producing some random chick to suck on my cock:biggrin1: One thing about that though, is that I get an erection in real life too, and when my mind starts focusing on my real body, it's easy to wake up.

One more trick you can try if any of y'all ever have them, if you feel like you're going to wake up, then try spinning around in your dream. I guess since your brain has to produce the images of everything around you very quickly, it somehow throws your mind back into that lucid dream state!

I've been able to do this since I was 16, it's so much fun, it adds more life to your life because you can be experiencing what you want while you're asleep. When I fly in dreams it's never flight like birds fly, which is what I imagined it would be before I did it, it's quite hard work almost like swimming through treacle.

sweet - I've done it too for quite some time... though I've never had to "work" hard at flying, swimming underwater, etc... it all comes easy.

Wow, I've had that same dream that I could fly. I would flap my arms and levitate above a neaghborhood then a whole town but it required a lot of energy and the ability died out. Freaking wild.

I was going to start a thread on this last week. I had a lucid dream about fucking a friend of mine.

I tried for about a week, using the technique of looking at your hands which never look right so you know you are dreaming.

There was only one time I did it and didn't wake up instantly with excitement (before I gave up for a reason I forgot) and I remember my hands looked like a classic video game... The actual dream didn't last long after that because I managed to wake up with excitement... but at least there was some dream awareness involved for a short time.

I would love to be able to do it properly though.

How do you guys do it?

The way I taught myself (and I'm not sure if this would work for you) is that first I began to make a conscious effort to remember my dreams, when I woke up I'd lie there for a few minutes searching my memory for snippets of what I'd dreamed about, if I woke in the middle of the night I'd do the same. After only a few days I began to see the full picture and realise that while dreams seem nonsensical when we only remember bits of them when we remember them all they do make sense. Once I was remembering everything I'd dreamed of every night before going to sleep I'd concentrate on what I wanted to dream about - only a vague theme, like sex or going shopping, it was only a few more days before I could make myself dream about what I wanted. Then without even trying I could manipulate my dreams, for instance if I was having a scary dream I could make Arnie walk into it and save me. I'd always had lucid dreams, I was always aware that my dreams were dreams and I think that helps a great deal.

I recently started lucid dreaming once again and more intensely than ever before. I attribute the recent abilities to some new medications i've been on.

    Well I can but try.

I have tried the other method where you watch the shapes on the back of your eyelids like watching clouds until they form into a dream but I find myself taking too much of a concious part in it, instead of just observing and then staying awake

I haven't heard of that method, I started doing it because I used to have extremely scary dreams from which I'd wake up shaking and sweating, being able to control them converted them to being pleasantly thrilling.

I've been doing this going on 20 yrs now. In addition, I can also read newspapers, books, and sometimes even comic strips.

I've also learned to reprogram the dream if I don't like the way it's going.

I've read stuff in my dreams as well, but the words move all over the page. It would be nice to read a book in those realms and write it out when you wake up.

The most intense thing that happened to me in a lucid dream is I created a new sex position. I haven't had the ability to try it in real life.. so I'm keep it a secret.

I've been trying for years to have one.. but no luck. I've become aware of dreaming while dreaming but whenever I do it gets intense and I wake up.

If I think too hard about the fact I know I am dreaming then I wake up. :frown1:

BHR, you know I love you; but mushrooms and LSD are not exactly new medications.:tongue:

Just kidding, there are some supplements which can allegedly induce or enhance lucid dreams.
    Supplements
    • Galantamine used with Choline bitartrate or Alpha-GPC can dramatically increase your odds of becoming Lucid.
    • An Amino Acid Blend made up of 2000mg L-aspartic acid, 4000mg L-glutamine, and 300mg L-theanine can substantially increase your odds of having a Lucid Dream.
    • 5-HTP is the immediate precursor of serotonin, and can increase your odds of having a Lucid Dream.
    • Vitamin B6 can increase dream vividness.

i began lucid dreaming when i was 17,i used to wake up
and jot down everything i remembered.(still do to this day)
i have some very very good dreams and some realistic nightmares.
the dreamjournal is the best to keep your mind remembering
    those lucid keys.

This morning I rode the backs of black whales the size of school buses and visited a sex shop with some really hot guys from H.S. - how fun...!
