And Daniel Penny CHOSE to MURDER a man who had done nothing to deserve it. Because he knew he wouldn’t ever face justice in our legal system, weighted as it is (and has always been) against people with the same skin color as his victim.

He is blonde, white, and a free man. But he’s still a filthy murderer, and the whole world knows it, no matter what a bunch of morons and racists in the jury decided, or couldn’t decide.

I thought the witnesses confirmed the man was threatening to kill the passengers? Also the man had a history of violence against women, so his threats could actually realistically happen (Daniel and/witnesses perception that his threats of violence were serious were probably valid because hes obviously capable of it- since he has a history of it).

yes he was mentally ill, yes we dont know if he wouldve actually commited violence. was the chokehold too long or intentionally done to kill, I dunno since Im not a medical professional.

but if its true that witnesses said that he was threatening to kill them, then he was not "a man who had done nothing to deserve it".
