Maca root-your results

Ok, I just started taking Maca Root supplement. If you have taken it or if you are taking it, how long after starting it did you see results? For those of you who do not know, Maca Root is a natural ED supplement.

Maca is not an ED medicine. Maca "might" help you a little in the long run though.

Maca is an adaptogen that works towards hormone balancing. If you have less of a hormone, it will work in raising it. If you produce more of something, it will work to reduce it. This can help in testesterone production too.

But if your ED is caused by NO production imbalance ie blood vessel flaws rather than low testesterone, Maca will not do much.

I took Maca just to give it a try. What i felt within a few weeks was a general feeling of being better, calmer and more energetic

I stopped taking Maca when I started taking Fenugreek. The effects are different to Maca. With Fenugreek, my balls and dick feel heavier and fuller and i'm always horny

I take 5 capsules twice a day before a meal.

Good to know that. Fenugreek is somehow part of Indian diet. So supplementation for me not needed

I'm taking Nature's Way brand and not feeling any different yet. I also took Fenugreek and the only thing I noticed is that when I took a piss my urine smelled like maple syrup.

Maca has been good for me, I cum much harder when I take it for sure. Also seem to make more cum. My wife takes it too it helps her get more horny and also much more wet

I thought Maca helped prostate issues or increases load. I've been using for a few weeks and the Mrs says there's load more, she likes it running down her leg as she goes to the toilet. I'm over 40 and whilst young I shot ropes now it tends to come out like a poached egg hence trying maca to increase load and hopefully the force it comes out at

Have been taking maca daily for some years. usually 1.5-3g daily. I find it does help give harder and longer-lasting erections, but if you're looking for immediate effects as an alternative to viagra or cialis or something like that you're not going to get them. also tends to give me a little more energy through the day--at least I think so.
