Is there a condition called "Macrophallus", or "Macrophallie" I somewhere read about it, but don't remember what it exactly means. What kind of condition is this? Any Doctor here? ;-) or someone who knows?

never heard of it. But you can set a limit just like microphallie I think. So you could define everything above 10inches as a macrophallus i.e.
But never really heard about it.

No, it does not exist, at least for now.

I don't know if big penis condition has a name, but if it has it, it's not macrophallie, for sure.

I cant think of any conditions that cause a penis to grow extensively.....nor any tumor. Unless you count"elephantiasis" as it is commonly called but thats a disease of a parasite affecting lymph drainage.

microphallus, by definition, is a penis 2-2.5 standard deviations below the mean.....so in theory macrophallus would be 2-2.5 above the mean, however.....i wouldnt count on bein able to receive disability for it

OK, according to the Bilder-Lexikon der Sexualwissenschaft (Hamburg, 1961)
macrophallie occurs when the so-called "pars libera" of the male sexual organ in unerected state measures 10cm or more. This criterium goes back to Waldeyer, J. Eberth and Hyrtl

    Voila.

There is a condition known as, "megaphallus," which occurs secondary to penile fracture. When the penis is fractured, it means the tunica, the sheath which wraps around the spngy tissue so that it can hold blood, has been torn. This allows the spongy tissue to protrude from the tear and expand beyond their usual size. The result is a penis that usually looks much bigger on one side. Most men appear to heal normally after this and are able to get normal erections but the minority do not. Surgical repair is frequently needed.

I don't know if that is a condition. I believe it is more aptly, one experession of certain conditions.

I believe though, what you are talking about a condition known as hypergonadism, which you read about in college anatomy and physiology text books. Does that sound right?

i am pretty sure there is a condition called acute penile hypertrophy, where your body cannot control the growth of the penis and causes it to steadily grow throughout your life span. usually causes benign tumors that have to be surgerized
