The link is interesting, but there seems to be zero evidence that he is the guy in the humping video, or that the three of them have ever been sharing a room together, or are particularly close. Just seems to be a right wing gay that Stephen knows from his cheer squad days, and who shares Madison’s politics.
The guy in the humping video is almost certainly just Stephen – it looks and sounds like him, and he’s clearly the person Madison would be most likely to be willing to mess around with like that. The two of them were on holiday in Israel and other places a few years ago with a third guy, and that’s almost certainly where that video was actually filmed.
Claiming it’s this dude out of the blue is almost as much of a stretch as the folk trying to make out that Stephen is in fact married with a kid
