Physical work certainly helps maintaining overall health and erections but not the cure all for sure.Cock becomes soft after certain age say like 60 years. How to maintain the hardness by doing physical work?
Forgot to say I am over 60 also but erections haven’t been good since around 50Physical work certainly helps maintaining overall health and erections but not the cure all for sure.
My erections are terrible and I do cardio and weight training a few days a week. Heredity and crappy arteries are stiffy killers.
NEVER over!!60. 100 % impotent. No erections, no precum leaking no orgasme anymore no blue balls. All over v
Thanks for your responseSeveral things can interfere with a guys ability to maintain an erection. here are few:
1. Age, most men begin to notice some type of loss around the age of 50. Some even earlier.
2.Men that maintain a healthy life style have a better chance at keeping a strong erection
3.Health issues with medications play a huge role in maintaining an erection. There can even be something wrong with the inner workings that maintain erections
4.Some times even the brain takes over when a guy begin to worry about his erection during sexual activity. Then the brain sort of shuts that part down.
To those guys that are concerned about sexual health issues, I recommend they seek Medical advice from a Urologist that specializes in Erectile Dysfunction.
Your very Welcome oolan. I suffered from ED since I was the age of 45, it gradually got worse. By the age of 50, nothing helped. I did all the medications. Tried the injections. Finally made the decision to have a Penile Implant. My issues have been resolved and I get get an erection anytime I want, for as long as I want. The first step is to get an appointment with a Urologist that specializes in Erectile Dysfunction... Good LuckThanks for your response
