A college friend did this using plaster, but poured some metal into it and made a real hard on! He attached it to the wall to use to hang his scarf and hat on and it made a delightful conversation piece. He wasn't all that huge, kind of long and skinny, but it was funny to look at. His final product wasn't the first attempt, and one thing he learned very early was to apply liberal amounts of Vaseline to the erection before pouring in the plaster. Another was to have several helpers, one who had to lightly vibrate the plaster as it was being poured to avoid air bubbles.

I really wanted to immortalize an old lover of mine, so I hunted around for just the thing I'd need to make it happen. There are many kits out there that allow you to take a mold of your own peen, but supposedly none is better than the official Make Your Own Dildo Kit.

It comes with two kits in one, in case you fuck up the first time. Isn't that considerate of them?! This was also the kit featured on The Osbournes tv show on MTV. The results they showed there looked pretty flawless.

Has anyone ever tried one of thesse before?

I bought a kit a while back but have yet to use it. It's something designed for making keepsake impressions of things like garndmother and granddaughter holding hands or something of that nature. The cost on it was under $20 as I recall.

A few thoughts on things that may make penis casting go successfully:

1) Take a viagra before starting to mold, that way you might have less concern about keeping hard during the process.

2) Shave or trim your pubes as close to the skin as possible. Get rid of as much bush as you can.

3) Use plenty of vaseline or crisco to lube your meat as you want to be able to remove it easily when done. Wash the inside of the mold with soap and water when you are done.

4) Use an oatmeal box with the bottom removed as your molding container. If you are hung longer than an oatmeal box, find something bigger... and contact me. lol

5) If you use an open ended container you can probably press your balls into the casting material. That could make for a longer dildo and it might just stand up on its own

6) I would think that packing some of the casting material around your hard pecker before inserting it into the molding container would be wise, especially for you uncut men with lots of foreskin (now THOSE are the dildoes I want to see!!!)

7) I think you can use liquid latex as your dildo material.

8) If you use some kind of rubber material to make the actual dildo, it might be wise to pour some kind of oil, like olive oil, into the mold and try to coat the inside of the mold so your dildo will come out easily. That way you can also save the mold and make more for your friends, tricks, admirers, and hell... even sell them for hundreds of dollars on the internet.

Definitely! I didn't think of this the first time I tried this and when the molding material hardened I couldn't remove myself! It took me 30 minutes to cut the hair off so I could get free.

For anyone who is going to make a cast of your penis ...
You can check out a dental supply business such as Ash Temple in Canada or a local craft and hobby store for 'alginate' to make the casting ...
Its much safer than using plaster, and a much better impression of all the fine details, even down to every hair, bump and skin pore ... ;-)
Alginate would be much cheaper than some of the kits available online, and is the material your dentist uses to make impressions in your mouth ...
Commonly seen in bags at the craft stores, and approx. 1/2 gallon containers from the dental supply ... just mix with water and work very FAST !!!
