Making it thicker?

    Hey,

    this is my first post on this site and I hope it hasn't been discussed many times before...

    I already have a nice penis, which is a litte over 8 inches long (21 cm). I know that's a lot, but it's not that thick, just 4.5 cm.
    I have already tried some exercises I found on this site, but nothing really on a regular basis.
    I'd love to get some advice on how to make it thicker.
    The other "problem" is that it points straight forward when it's hard and I'd love to have it point up. Are there exercises for that, too?
    The third thing is that I'm a grower. It is definitely above average when soft, but it would be nice if it were a little more impressive.

    So the goals I have are...

    a) making it thicker (the most important)
    b) changing the erection angle (making it point up)
    c) becoming a "shower"

    Is there a way to combine these three goals?
    Which exercises should I do? Jelqing, squeezes? And how often/how much?

    I'd be really happy to get some good advice.

    The basic routine can help you achieve those goals. If you're unconcerned with length you can omit the OM exercises, but you should still do the rest of them.

    The curvature correcting exercise listed may be used to create the shape you're looking for.
