Making subtle size comments in front of others

Have any of you ever made subtle comments about your size while with others or had your gf do so? (or girls: have you made comments on your bf's size in front of others while he was there?)

This is only for experiences where both of you (you are your gf/fwb, vice versa) were in a company with others and made subtle hints based on size.. how did the others react and was it in front of other guys or girls?

I'm just curious into how others reacted, and if it was a girl were they curious? If it was a guy, did they feel awkward etc..

If anyone has had such an experience, it would be great to hear.

I usually make jokes about me being small. When I am with my brother we really get going saying "it must run in the family" etc. I dont know his size, but his gf seems to really take offense to the jokes.

My gf will sometimes in front of her closest friend, but they talk about everything anyway. And it's usually done so only the friend gets the reference.

My gf tends to talk in her sleep, like a lot. It can get pretty bad if we've been really into each other lately. During one phase where she was really into measuring we woke up to her parents and a friend-of-the-family asking about eight inches over breakfast.
