I think there's a lot of gray area everywhere. That fact makes everyone uncomfortable, though. Ultimately, all labels are meaningless, I think. In the short-term they make life easier to categorize. But ultimately, they aren't true. I'll bet you that even the most ardently self-identified straight male with absolutely no homosexual history has had a homosexual thought go through his mind at one point or another.
