Try "ass to the grass" squats.
Cycling wont get you a bubble butt but froggy thighs... Try lungrs instead! 3x8-6-4 with a heavy poundage trust me it works!!!
Run up and down stairs - with weights if you can do it - until you're just exhausted. It's great for your lower body and great cardio to boot.
That is what I do while holding a 50 pound dumb bell over my head. My dad and brother both have very flat asses, mine is still holding out. The squats are in addition to the rest of my workout routine and daily. I do as many as I can until I just cannot do one more.
Not a bubble butt, but at least I still got a nice round ass suitable for wearing thongs.:biggrin1:
And not bad for a 51 year old, if I do say so myself.
Hard to believe that's a 51 year old body. I'm burning with jealousy but it sounds like you work like hell to stay young.
