So i've been on a few users albums and came across some incredibly almighty asses! Amazing! I want one. But i'm not sure what sorta exercises i should be doing, how many and how often! I already do squats but what else can i do to get a set of perky ASSets?

1st of all, It has a lot to do with heredity and body type, bone structure..etc,,.. Developing those muscles on a skinny person will have different results and look different than on another person with a more defined musculature.
There are all sorts of "body sculpting/shaping" shows out now..Is 'Brazilian Butt" still showing on one of the cable/ satellite channels?
Walking, riding bikes, jogging, hiking, swimming are alternatives/compliments to lifting weights

Try "ass to the grass" squats.

That is what I do while holding a 50 pound dumb bell over my head. My dad and brother both have very flat asses, mine is still holding out. The squats are in addition to the rest of my workout routine and daily. I do as many as I can until I just cannot do one more.

Not a bubble butt, but at least I still got a nice round ass suitable for wearing thongs.:biggrin1:

And not bad for a 51 year old, if I do say so myself.

Cycling wont get you a bubble butt but froggy thighs... Try lungrs instead! 3x8-6-4 with a heavy poundage trust me it works!!!

again..it depends on the person..and how much stuff they already have. not all glutes are the same on everyone

Ass-to-ankle squats, basically what Call Me Daddy said. Lunges are another good one. How about Bulgarian Split Squats? Like a stationary lunge, with the rear foot up on a bench.

Don't know if it helps the ass or not. Another exercise I do is put ten pounds on my ankles, lay on my side, jack knife the lower leg, and lift the upper leg straight up until perpendicular to my body. Do as many reps as I can, then switch sides and repeat. The muscles I feel working are in my hips.

Run up and down stairs - with weights if you can do it - until you're just exhausted. It's great for your lower body and great cardio to boot.

Hard to believe that's a 51 year old body. I'm burning with jealousy but it sounds like you work like hell to stay young.

Yes I do, and I push new limits every day. I also watch what I eat and drink. Drink mostly water and Vitamin D milk, stay away from soda pop and energy drinks. Do drink lots of pineapple juice as I enjoy swallowing my own cum, and it does make a difference aside from just tasking good.

I allow an hour a day for working out, followed by a hot bath to relieve the soreness that results. I work second shift so that I have the energy to do so before work, and am tired while at work. :biggrin1:

It's all worth it. Comments like yours make it so. I have a pull up bar at work. I am the only one who uses it even though it is there 24/7. Everyone else says "your how old", while I am using it. :smile:

Barbell hip thrusts. Focus on more weight rather than higher reps. You want to add muscle mass.

I have dealt with a bubble butt all my life and I want to know how to get rid of it. Pardon the pun, but it is a pain in the ass. Have a hard time getting pants that will fit a bubble but and still fit my waist. I must admit that some are pretty hot to look at, but just a good tight ass is pretty fine to me.
