Frankly, I'd prefer they don't show tits or dick at all in movies. Even in the most well-intentioned shots, they break your involvement in the action. You don't see the boobs or bits of the characters but those of the actors. Ooooh! OTOH, I could care less about the actors' privacy. If the artists feel the action requires nudity, pony up; that's what you're being paid the big bucks for. No, my objection is that nudity always turns out to be sensationalist and is just too much to maintain the suspension of disbelief required.
