Male Genital Modifications

I have a PA, and love it. It has given me a great sensation when masturbating. I can't believe I didn't think of it sooner.

I am thinking of getting a tattoo, one the underside of my penis. It would be something small (as I'm not that well endowed.) Can anyone provide me with information: how did it feel, how long did it take to heal . . .

Apatently the tendants, connecting the base of ur penis - towards the anus - are severed and the whole works moved forward.

Sure there can be mixed results but I corresponded with a number of patientts that had this before me, before I went and, without exception all were chuffed like crazy!

Other proof of this is that pubes are some way up my shaft now as opposed to start at the base where it was before. They say it can be removed electrolitically and truly portray the true length but ............ I'm not a bragger. if one can,t judge from the base then............. so be it.

I'm elated out of my socks with the result!!

Also did the surgeon mention woman enjoy pubes entering, though I'm bi and devorced now.

According to the previous testimonies, and my own experience, penoplastie works.
No use one measures from the bottom end with the measure two inches up ....... or press your measuring device down the front as hard as u can and after want to compare differently.
Be fair. Compare apples w apples.

Again. Don't go back to work too soon!
One has to naturally shave beforehand, the incision is in the pubes, my r/hand stitches severed which left a small heal mark but the left hand's mark is almost invisible. Hennie Roets is a plastic surgeon as well. Dont know if he is still in practise. It's been some time......

Interested ?

Ask your GP who does it in your area ?
There are thousands of surgeons all over coining it like green backs are going obsolete !

Hugs to all !

Negatives. If u can call it that.
With the additional foreward weight/top heavyness if u will, an erection tends to point rather forward than upward but who cares ??????????? This was mentioned beforehand as well.

Hugs to all !

Me again.

Under sedation they induce an erection by which ever means and tale a pic but any fool can see it's not a real hard on.

Then after again. Why they do this with a bunch of new stitches and swelling I fail to comprehend but the proof is in the pudding.

Own fair measurements with a proper hot on before and 4 weeks after, I should deem fair.

Hugs to all !

I love gential mods and I'm very much participating atm. I have a PA, got it up to 0g atm, and will be going to 00g once I can get my hands on a decent taper for it. Plus got nipples pierced and stretched to 6g. Next thing to do is start a scrotal ladder. I'm quite lucky as I know a very good piercer who sorta specialises in that area :) I should think the ladder will keep me busy for some time as I'll get that up to at least 4g :D

I've been thinking about getting male genital piercings for a while and have some questions. so heres my 2 cents

Cent 1: I want to get a frenum piercing. but i want to get it under the foreskin. What would be the info that I need to know before i get that done. Unless its just not recommended at all.

Cent 2: Just the name. whats the piercing called when its at the base of the penis on top?

Any info would help in my decision making process. Thanks

Extra Cent: I also want to get a Madison with a stud. how would that work?

Cent 1. No Idea, but personally, if I had a foreskin i would not get a frenum, or anything it would cover.
Cent 2. At the base, it is called a pubic. I have one and have no problems with it. Check out my gallery.
Extra cent. I would not get a madison. High rate of rejection and also problems migrating out.

bmezine.com has lots of info on all sorts of body mods.

TS, Nearly everything you've stated so far has made me throw up in my mouth a little. I feel truely sorry for all the people you've fed your bullshit-cookies to at this point. Really, you should feel utterly ashamed.

What studio do you work at? Or at least: Are you an APP member? Who did you apprentice under? What diplomas (like Fakir) or training did you undertake? Who do you buy your jewelry from? I find it hard to believe you are who you claim to be. If you were anyone worth knowing, you would have known who I was to say the least.

PA's will only have a higher migration rate in general when done extremely poor, with equal poor jewelry. Piercings through the penile frenulum (frenum) are almost always surface piercings, thus would be more prone to migragtion - this is really 'piercing 101'. Prince Alberts are not surface piercings, I'd write that down ifI were you.

Scarification in simply impossible on the spongelike tissue of the penile head. Anywhere else on the male genetalia is idiotic to attempt, seeing the chance of healing alone is very minimal - as will the results be. I have seen branding beein done on the head, but even then result were hardly noticable. No respectable artist would put his clients in such harm.

Meatotomy's and the like are always extremely dangerous procedures, and not stating that implies an utter lack of responsibility towards your clients and the art itself.

I also find it hard to believe you know of an artist that specializes in penis-tattooing. The skin itself is hard to tattoo, will always need a lot if touchups and is in its own very painfull. Most tattooist will dislike tattooing male genetalia because of that, I've been around for many years, but never met any artist that DIDNT dislike it, let alone specialize in it. Even if this guy excists, I'd be surprized if he were any good.

Please realize you are only putting people in danger and/or giving out false information. Meaning your either a bad apprentice in need of a spanking, or one of the worst ''piercers'' I gave come across.

You can go hide in that corner now. Thank you.

My 0 gauge prince albert and 10 gauge nipple piercings are hopefully just the start. I want to get a prince's wand to alternate with the prince albert, get ear lobes done, probably plugs, and a septum, too.
Eventually I want to get some ink by a gifted artist. Sleeves or a suit would be great, but I want to start with some left-arm work, maybe my forearm 3/4 around. That would need to be balanced by ink somewhere else. I have to be able to see and enjoy it myself, too. I know the subject matter I want but haven't worked out the basic design. Low income makes all that impossible right now.
It's up to the person getting modded to decide what's important to do. There is such a wide spectrum, from pierced ear lobes to things I won't mention here. I advocate sterile procedure rooms, experienced practitioners, and clarity of purpose on the part of the person getting mods. it's part of adult freedom to be able to explore this human endeavor that has lasted tens of thousands of years already.

Has anybody had the "turkey neck" surgery? I don't know the technical name, but it's where the skin on the bottom side of the penis near the base is cut to provide better separation between the cock and the balls. I want to have this done, but don't know anything about the cost or where to go.

Also, nothing online really talks about the longterm after results like scar wise or anything.

I think I'd suggest the same thing pleasureboy. Your doctor might be able to refer you. Any surgeon who can do that surgery will probably want to do under a general anesthetic (that's my guess anyway) and will want to see your medical records to be sure you're ok to have an operation.

lol my dr has never even bothered to do a cough test on me. They seem to have gone more to bloodwork for everything here.

UK docs tend to be more familiar with it. US ones either don't know about it or are very anti-silicone. Some are fine with it but just disagree with the idea of using it. Others actually do use it quite a bit for other things, but seem to look down on genital mods of any sort.

I honestly dont feel like dealing with my own doc on this. Especially since insurance wouldn't cover an elective cosmetic procedure anyway.

Yes. I'm sure you'd have to pay for it yourself. I agree about doctor's attitudes to genital mods. When I went to see a surgeon about vasectomy he was very disapproving and alarmist about my cockhead. He said he was sure I was more liable to infections, etc. I told him it had been like that for over ten years with no ill effects but he wasn't budging from his standpoint. I never did have the vasectomy. I wouldn't let any surgeon with an attitude like that touch me either. You'll just have to e-mail lots of surgeons until you find 'the right one'.

well I've got the 10mm PA, but also now have a 2.4mm lorum, 1st part of what should become a 3-4mm scrotal ladder!

And Riven, you have fantastic mods, would like to see more pics!
