I had a female doctor until I was 17 who saw me grow and change form birth to young adulthood. During puberty it was hard not to get aroused during the testicular exams, and the first time it happened, I apologized. She smiled and said, "Don't worry - it is a common reaction." Then she added, "You are going to be very popular."

After the exam, she met privately with my mom. The next day, my mother had replaced all my tightie-whities with boxers. :bounce:

I have never had a female doctor examine my nether regions after puberty and always prefer a Male Doctor for that.
My current doctor is a young guy (a few years out of med school) and our first encounter was memorable. He's pretty good looking so when he asked to examine below the belt I was slightly aroused. His eyes got pretty big when he saw me, and I could tell that he was also nervous while doing the testicular exam. When he told me to pull my boxers back up he studdered and his voice slightly cracked. After that I couldn't help but smile.
Now everytime he has to examine me I always manage to get only the slightest erection. He doesn't seem to mind as much now.

I recently had to get a sonogram due to a hernia in my groin ,and the tech was a mid 40s female. as i'm getting this exam the lube and her movements caused me to get an erection. i felt stupid because it was not at all sexy. i did nothing but she kind of rested her wrist/forearm on it. it actually felt okay. i had to resist the urge to clench. it was a bit embarassing.

I had the same sort of exam a few years ago and I can EASILY see how a guy could get a erection from that. Especially when they put that cold gel on........feels just like lube!
