In the UK it's just be different to the states. Well, it depends on the venue and how busy it is. If it's slow and I know I'm probably not going to make a ton of cash, I don't fluff or tie off. I just go up on stage 100% flaccid. Luckily, I can still fill out a pair of Andrew Christians nicely when flaccid.
