Dumbell presses would turn them from man boobs to man pecs.......there are 100's of pec exercises. More important, what are you doing for your diet. Having man boobs means you are carrying extra bodyfat. If you want to lose bodyfat, calories in must be less than calories out.

Eat a sensible diet, keep your fat content within 30% or less, and get aerobic exercise ... it'll slim you down all over and get your incipient manboobage under control.

A regular chest, arms, and back workout routine with free weights (well, you have to do legs and butt, too, in addition to cardio) can make a difference. Consult a trainer at your local gym. But some men are just prone to gynecomastia and the only good solution is to have male breast reduction. But think positive, some people are turned on by men with fatty tissue around their nipples.

    Good luck with that.

I am sure you don't have as much pectoral fat as your delicious avatar.

The trouble with fat is that, contrary to popular wishful thinking, we human mammals can not target fat loss. Your genes will determine where the fat loss will occur.

To add insult to injury, fat loss mostly happens with consistent, frequent and sustained cardiovascular activity (it could be swimming for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week, or biking or running, etc.).

May I ask what your doctor recommended when you went for that visit?

Do you have access to a pool? The motions we make when we do the breast stroke and the butterfly stroke really tighten up the breast tissue, as well as tighten up the shoulders and muscles in the arms.

    Different things do different areas.

Push up work the tricep, and pull ups work the bicep, among other things. Skipping is a great exercise for cardio. I just recommended swimming because I had great success in decreasing my boobs down to an acceptable man pec doing the motions.
