Eh, just boardshorts. It's about 80, with 60-70% humidity. Ugh. :frown1:

Monsoonal moisture coming up from Mexico...we actually got some rain yesterday along the coast, which is very unusual for July

Here in NYC, it is just unbearable. Heat and humidity.
I want to be stark naked 24/7 and carried around in an ice bath by at least four big hung muscle men who will attend to my every need.

I'm jealous, if Saudi Arabia weren't a homo-no-go-zone I've always thought I'd love to live there, those searing hot temperatures all year round! Heavenly. I love seriously hot weather, a bit lizardly of me. :)

Yep. Been hot here in Big EZ too for last couple a days. But right now overcast with some rain which means heat index will stay below 100.
Guess I can cut the grass now.

I dealt with over 70 inches of snow this past winter. I will NOT complain about the heat. I'd rather sweat than freeze.

The beach sounds GOOD.
Yeah snow sucks.
And the beach IS good. Every morning it's just steps away.

95F @ 11:33 am. Sunny with a strong breeze off the sea. I go for a swim most mornings and it's dead flat. By 9 the wind kicks it up and the water is not as clean.

105 today .. but it "is" the high desert, staying in-doors, drink lots of cool water, trying not to move to much … play on the computer and read until sundown

Yep I lost power and heat for three days during Snowmageddon and watched the temperature in the house fall 10 degrees a day until it hit 40 degress and I had to move out. So no I will not complain.

....And I don't have AC. :frown1:

Good thing I'm "sick" today and can go to the beach :biggrin1:

It's somewhere in the 90s today and will be so for a few days to come with humidity 70% and higher expected the entire run- this is like the third damned heatwave this year and we haven't even made it to August when things really get toasty. I saw a mention of a heat advisory extending into Tuesday:eek:! Mercifully, my Friedrich a.c. is chilling me down (am I wrong to have the thermostat set at 65?).

It is typically between 100-110. 130 in my dads car. He doesn't turn AC on to save money. I love the sweat. Even indoors with cooler on high all fans on its 75 I'm sweating right now.
