Yes.......But when States Like Massachusetts and California make same sex marriage legal.....the FEDERAL Government DOES have power and chooses NOT to recognize those marriages and bestow the FEDERAL benefits that would be bestowed on a traditional marriage. The Defense of Marriage act is the legal impediment. Senator Obama favors its repeal in its entirety. Senator Mccain does not.

The federal government is broke. Call it what you will but they are broke. They constantly try to take away employees health benefits, and they took our retirement too. If you think you're going to get what partners have always gotten, you better think again. Married heterosexual couples aren't.

The state governments are beginning to take away domestic partner benefits for heterosexual couples. States are abolishing their common-law marriage statutes.

For those who still believe the USA is the richest nation on earth, pick up a copy of today's issue of PARADE. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise!

This is about money. Period. Crutchley is a millionaire and wants to protect his millions. Its fun to watch how it backfired but I'm sure this is a public relations issue moreso than a financial one. Has anyone cancelled their Manhunt account over this? The handful that have will be back online trolling dick when the controversy passes.

They're losing about 500 or so paid accounts per day since the scandal... or so I've been told. If anything, they'll go back to trolling for free or they'll find yet another M2M Booty-4-Hire site to work out. It's not as if people can't find this stuff for free these days.
