If the goal is purely length what worked best for you over the years?


Also what type of hangers etc.
Hi, I use ZEN HANGER WEIGHTS. It comes with a noose and silicone sleeve. Mine is a 10 pound kit but I'm at 8.5 lbs. They have an all day stretcher that I like for those times when it's appropriate.

Hanging is considered the quickest way to add length. But daily hanging with a btc angle is also probably the least convenient PE method.

I used a mini BIB hanger for a while, but I saw more gains from extenders & manual because i could stick to a routine

I’m trying to get into this , but I’m concerned it won’t work from easily getting hard. Any tips?
