I would agree, however some Brits are cut...rare though I would think
that's applied to every european country. most are uncut, but if they're jewish or muslim they'll be cut.
the chances of an european being cut are small. it's not common practice, so unless it was a medical procedure because of like phimosis, it's safe to assume a christian raised european is uncut
