So I've seen that video of him parading in new York subway and on the streets in his underwear and borat thong attached to his underwear. While everyone has masks on, he wasn't wearing a mask or his mask was under his nose and that is not the first time I'm seeing him acting nonschalant regarding pandemics. I'm so surprised nobody called police. He was doing push-ups in subway, molesting people basically in underwear and people were just turning their heads of him ignoring him.
If he did that for example in Germany, Police would definitely come and file report would be taken against him. It seems in USA, there isn't any rules about public conduct of behavior. Also I'm surprised that video is monetized since it has his bare ass visible. Actually not surprised at all when it comes to youtube.
