Pretty much every video is sponsored and based on his viewcount he probably charges 5k-10k per sponsored video. That is not even taking into account google adsense revenue. Plus I'm sure his parents would help him financially in case anything bad happens.

Yep, the worse the ads the better they pay. Hello Fresh which is pretty well known and established was paying 50$ per 1000 views, these lesser known brands pay even better.

The highest paying ads are usually those shitty mobile games.

As someone with middle/ upper middle class parents, I can assure you he's not rich or being bankrolled.
It is pretty normal for people in the middle to upper middle classes to get some help with rent, get tuition paid for, get help with down payments on homes or cars etc. It is just that tho.
If Mark couldn't afford to live his life or if his parents thought he wouldn't be able to, they would not be supporting his career and would be nagging him non stop to get a traditional career.

Dude, i don't even know if it's still up. .. I searched YouTube and couldn't find it. Pretty sure it was a short that both of them created called "The Box" or something. Now that I think about, I think Ethan and Mark even shot a fan made music video for Oh Wonder. This was back in like the 2013-2015 era, and yeah both were pretty low quality college film student level, but I think if they'd grown in that direction instead of falling victim to the gay influencer pimping their relationship out on YouTube trope, they may have actually had great film careers. They fumbled their career opportunities.

Edit- They apparently deleted both of these videos. oh wonder — Mark E. Miller but here's proof it existed at some point. I think it was Lose It.
