I’ve always been so jealous of Marks body. I’m sure he’s worked hard for it but he’s never really said what’s he’s done in the gym and I think once he said he doesn’t take supplements.

yup, I saw that! The delusional stan in me believes that official company line is that they're "broken up" publicly (so that people can leave them (as a couple) alone, lol), but bts they are taking a break from being "Mark and Ethan" to get back to themselves, but they're still *tentatively* together.
