This month marks the tenth anniversary of the OJ Simpson trial. It's amazing that ten years have passed. I've seen a couple of television documentaries of the trial. Both mentioned that Mark Fuhrman's purjery is what got OJ acquitted. That and the gloves.

Anyway, every time they showed Fuhrman walking into the court room, there was a significant bulge in his pants, even in dress trousers. I've searched the internet and can't find a single photo. Anyone have any info?

(Yeah, I know he's a jerk, but it's poetic justice that he be relegated to an object of desire. Don't you think?)

Also, let's resist letting this thread degenerate into a debate about OJ. Some people think he's guilty. Some think he got away with murder. Still others think he did it, but deserved to get off for all those blacks unfairly convicted in the past. (Personally, I think one innocent black victim of the judicial system is worth a thousand OJ's and I would rather see those individuals benefit instead of OJ.)

So, anyone seen, got any photos of Fuhrman or know any stories about his endowment and/or sex life? Maybe he was planning to put that in his movie.

Mark Fuhrman is a bigot and unworthy of any attention. John Rocker just plain sucks as a relief pitcher and is also a bigot. Maybe the two of them could take a house by the sea with each other and find hobgoblins in all their neighbors as they stroke each other. Fuhrman is a loser with a capital "L" and I would not cross the street to piss on him if he were on fire. By the way, it was the gloves and nothing else. Biggest mistake a prosecutor ever made was to allow a trained actor, albeit a bad actor, get to play on that stage with a prop like that.

Well, they have to blame someone or something. And, in the face of two murders, people seemed compelled to express righteous indignation over something or other, and Fuhrman gave them that. It boils down that using that terrible word is worse than slitting the throats of two persons. There's absolutely no doubt that O. J. is the killer. I don't believe that jury would have acquitted Simpson even if they had stood on the curb and witnessed the whole bloody mess. I don't know why the verdict should have surprised anyone. I remember how shocked Dominick Dunne and others appeared to be. When the jury reached its decision, the verdict was withheld until the next day. That night, the sequestered jury ordered champagne up to their rooms. I doubt if they would done that if they had voted to send O. J. to prison for life. Most legal observers agree that the prosecutors made a mess of things, including Marcia Clark, who apologized to the jury for having to try O. J. And, early on, Judge Ito lost control of the courtroom to Johnny Cockran. What a farce. But that's not what lost the case; it was doomed from the start.

I meat to say "if they had convicted" instead of "acquitted".

Mark is a HOT alpha man...all that racist crap was a setup...I don't think he was anymore anti-black than any other cop on the force at that time, including cops who were black...his negative image was created by the media people who have to stir up trouble in order to remain employed. Simpsom IS a double-murderer who got away with it.

    Sigh....

I will address these, since I actually forgot about this anniversary.

Racism WAS used in this trial. However, it was used only in conjuction with what Defense attourneys are SUPPOSED to do, sadly enough, which is to poke hokes in the prosecutions case. They did that, and they created enough reasonable doubt to get an acquittal. Thats all.

Do I think O.J. Did it? Personally? No, but I honestly think he knows who did; whether or not he TOLD them to do it is another matter entirely.

Regardless, there IS the matter of the ass-raping his bank account and career took for the CIVIL trial, so justice was meted out however you choose to look at it.

RE: Mark Furman. Much as I loathe him and people like him...I could think of nothing better than a gang bang of him by the most thickly and longly hung Latino and Black men that can be found in Los Angeles. I would LOVE to see just how hung he is...while getting fucked. Of course, perhaps I have been watching too much porn lately :biggrin1:

I agree that Mark Fuhrman is very HOT and SEXY!

About a year ago, a major magazine ran a story about Fuhrman in "retirement" on his ranch. It featured a large picture of him wearing tight jeans, and--MAN!--there was a very big, juicy bulge in front of those jeans!

I'll do some research and find out the name and date of the magazine and get back to you.

Fuhrman's very revealing photo is in People magazine, dated Sept. 15, 2003, on page 125. Enjoy!

Mark is OK. I'd do him if I got the chance. As for O.J. He's guilty in my own opinion.

Whether hung or not he's a bigot and should be dropped off the face of the earth in my opinion. Whether he was the reason OJ was aquitted or not whats done is done. Not even sure OJ was guilty to be honest.

Mark Furhman is not sexy to me, but then he's just plain not my type.

As for OJ's acquital, the glove is not what led to it IMHO...it was the cross examination of F. Lee Bailey (the brilliant moment in the trial -- race card or no, not Johnny Cochran's) of Mark Furhman and letting him paint himself into a corner about uttering racial comments.

Furhman's testimony started the scale of imbalance toward reasonable doubt...and the glove simply added the final weight needed to place that scale totally to the side of acquital.

By the way, I guess that addage of location meaning everything is true, as Johnny's glove demonstration wouldn't have played in the Midwest, where a snowy winter makes gloves shrink to an unusable size each season, something Southern California jurors have little to no reference about.

CALJIC, or California jury instructions dictate that jurors can give any piece of testimony the consideration and weight they feel it deserves, and the jury could have considered anything and still found OJ guilty, by the way.....

That testimony opened the possibility of reasonable doubt the jury considered in making their decision, and as guilty as I feel OJ was, it was not the jury who created the reasonable doubt....it was Mark Furhman.

I doubt the actual testimony had anything to do with the verdict.

"Some other facts about the final jury: (1) None regularly read a newspaper, but eight regularly watch tabloid TV shows, (2) five thought it was sometimes appropriate to use force on a family member, (3) all were Democrats, (4) five reported that they or another family member had had a negative experience with the police, (5) nine thought that Simpson was less likely to be a murderer because he was a professional athlete."

    http://www.law.umkc.edu/faculty/projects/ftrials/Simpson/Jurypage.html

And I imagine that after being sequestered for a few months, they were even zanier than usual.
