tbh i don't think they really need to market the product. have you ever seen anyone outside of fanbases and other youtubers wearing youtuber clothing brands? as much as youtubers make these clothing brands to try and appeal to the general public in a way that their merch doesn't, it rarely makes it mainstream.
he doesn't need to show off the underwear because his face sells more than showcasing the product does. i mean, the underwear is ugly, he might as well just put the focus on himself. his fanbase will eat it up and buy it

I've been thinking about that and the UA video they did about dead youtube channels. I wish I could rewatch it to see the parallels between his channel and the definition of "dying channel" that they settled on.
