Are you trans and married or know anyone that is trans and married? I'm curious about this as I've never met someone transgendered and married but I know they're out there. I just run across so few of them.

I haven't actually been married, but was engaged for several years. I ultimately called it off, but we're still very close and may someday end up together again. He has always wanted to get married, but I'm not all that into the idea of it for myself any longer, regardless of the seriousness of the relationship.

In my country it is possible. Man-woman, man-man, woman-woman, trans-trans, whatever. The State is not interested in personal preference and simply officiates the marriage or partnership. With this the bond becomes a legal union, written into the municipal administration.
