When I was younger, the fact that I was very well-endowed and had a big appetite made sex in both the morning and evening literally a necessity in my life, especially with my wife, for whom being fucked only once at any one time was never enough, and also with most of the women I've been with in later life who gravitated to me because of my size and capacity. Now is a greatly different story, of course, more like once a day and only on weekends with my current lady.
We're both very happy with that.

Having been in a relationship for "a few" years now, I feel I fit your description (although I'm not "allowed" to be married).
For us, it is variable. Sometimes, twice or more a day. Sometimes, once every several days. It mostly depends upon how tired we are, but even then sometimes that does not factor in. I tend to have the stronger sex drive of the two of us, and in an ideal world, I would have sex every time I passed the refractory period.
My partner and I are both pretty active, and he is even much more type-A than I, so at the end of the work day, when we go to bed, if one of us falls asleep before the head hits the pillow, we don't have sex. If we are in bed, and awake for more than a couple of minutes, we will probably have sex.

We have been married over 30 years. Except for some unfortunate situations beyond our control we usually made love every evening. Since her last surgery things have wained until recently. Now that the whole hormone thing is worked out, we make love every morning. It is GREAT!!!

My wife and I , on average, have sex once every day, three times on Saturday, and three times on Sunday, plus once in the morning at least one day a week brfore work. So.. 12 times a week!
