I am very promiscuous, a bottom, and open to kink, SM, BD, WS, etc. However, there need to be limits and a bottom needs to have some way of stopping things when they go too far. I have had a couple of incidents in which the top seriously abused me beyond what I thought should have happened and beyond our initial agreements. Truthfully, I probably enjoyed it on some level, but there should be limits, and if the bottom feels it has gone too far, he should have some sort of recourse. Having said that, I have never reported a top to the police--although in two instances I should have--for the very reasons that my sexual activities that I do voluntarily would probably taint any testimony I give about being raped. So, I just accept it and pray that no one ever kills me.

I completely agree with Thadjock...if it happened, it's a crime, period. He is also entitled to work in whatever industry he chooses...and there are many, many of us who love the kind of work he and other adult film stars do and the hours of entertainment they provide.

Ok, but it didn't happen...the evidence is overwhelming. Reporting sh*t that didn't happen to the cops is a crime. Agreed, what he does for a living is entirely his own business. (Personally, I just wish he didn't do BB scenes and blog on and on about the glories of unprotected sex. IMO it really does give young gay guys some reckless ideas about anal sex and I believe it's contributing to the increase in HIV+ rates among that age group.)
