Many of the great masturbators in history jerked with both hands and some developed a left bent and a few bent to the right.

I don’t think it is a myth at all I think it is to do with the action of masturbating If you watch some of the porn films and the hand arm action of the guy doing it, and you will see this correlates to the curvature if his cock.

I hear what some of you are saying "rubbish" its because his cock is curved that he masturbates in this way. Before you criticize check it out for yourself, study the anatomy (not penile) and study the movement the had grip etc. I think you will be surprised

Is it true that when you jerk off with your right hand your cock curves to the left and if you jerk off with your left hand your cock curves to the right?

I assume the supposition is that continual masturbation over many years shapes the penis as it gradually assumes the direction in which it bends, even if only slightly, in the masturbating hand.
I don't think there's any reason to believe this.
The real reason for curvature, I'm betting (though I don't really know), is that the left and right corpora cavernosa are of unequal size. The penis will bend away from the longer side.
But even if masturbation were a factor, I think a right-handed masturbator would most often be bending his unit a bit to the right, and not the left.
The converse would hold for a left-handed masturbator.

If sexplease is right when he says 40 percent of penises curve to the left while 90 percent of men are right handed, then it's pretty obvious that masturbation ain't no factor at all.
(I wonder where he'd get the stat about 40 percent curvature to the left, though ...)

it's probably more a combination of genetics and the way your dick sits in your pants from day to day
for example if you've worn briefs for underwear all your life, your dick might be more likely to curve upward or downward based on how you like to tuck it in your underwear, just because its always put in that position (this effect is probably most prominent during puberty when your penis is growing)
otherwise, if at all, there's probably only a slight effect on penis curvature through masturbation

Maybe I've been doing it wrong all of my life, but I'm right-handed and hold it straight out [I've just checked to be sure that's correct ]. Perhaps that's why I'm not curved in either direction?
But generally, judging from what I've seen live and in videos, a man bends his cock in the opposite direction of his handedness.
