Having served in the Military, and being a (gay) dude: of course we jacked off! BUT: In Basic Training, I was too worn out to do it, I don't even remember getting an erection. And, if course, there was pleanty to give cause. After Basic, once stationed at my Advanced Invividual Training, we jacked of just as normal, beds, toilets, showers. It wasnt discussed or forbidden. At my Permanent Duty Station, it was back to normal as far as jacking off.
