Ex army here , during basic I don't remember jacking , I might have once ? but like what was said earlier , you really don't have any time of place to do it , they are on your ass 24/7 , the only time is maybe with lights out , but even then you have a fire guard on duty.
Now once I got to AIT and my duty station , My first night in Germany I was in a temp room with about 3 guys , they had all been there for a couple months , when the light went out i heard and could see , in the dark the guys stroking , pretty bro bonding .
