Been reading the thread about masturbation frequency and it appears that perhaps Im not in a minority of hardcore wankers. Apologies for starting a new thread but this one is slightly different in that I want to know if anyone has any methods of curbing the frequency . . . mind methods . . . chemicals . . . etc? If I take a normal day, when I wake up I start beating off. After finished I get up and have breakfast, after finishing eating Ive normally recovered sufficiently to fit in a wank before getting down to work. I normally then have a wank in the afternoon and then sometimes have a nap and a wank before dinner. If I am at home in the evening Ill spend a large part of that beating off. I then go to bed and wank before sleeping. I normally doze through the night and god knows how many wanks I can fit in . . . . and then I wake up in the morning and start the cycle again. If I go away for a few days and dont have much time to fit in a few sessions, the next day when I get back is substantially taken up with a 5-6 hour internet porn wank. I love doing it but the trouble is, I think I do it too much and its taking over my life. I was really wanting to know if anyone has any methods for suppressing the urge to wank - I wish it didnt rule so much of my life. I work from home so have a lot of time by myself, of which a lot of that time is taken up with jerking off. I am single at the moment but even when I have a girlfriend she gets it big time when she stays over but once she has left for the day its back in to the same routine. I kinda wish I could get down to once a day when I wake up or something. Anyone any ideas? Shit, I gotta go have another wank . . . .
