Good question. Like everyone else, I've used the 'standard' hold of the shaft with the right hand (as I'm right-handed), but over the last year or so have developed two favourite alternatives. One is with the left hand 'reversed' as it were, just holding the end 3 or 4 inches so that the top side of the glans fills the palm of my hand. Pre-cum (or lube) makes this feel even better. The other is lying on my back with a long semi held down between my legs and rolling it between them. I discovered this 'hands-free' method quite by accident, it's a real turn-on and have learned to cum this way. But the trick is trying to just maintain a semi (all in the mind!) otherwise it won't work with a full erection 'cos the dick won't stay in place.
