Just saw Downton Abbey film- he plays the King's 2nd Valet...I kept looking at him, unable to remember where I'd seen him before. My sister told me- he was Edward Seymour on The Tudors (she's a big Tudors/Showtime fan)....here he is 2 pics from 'The Royals' and 1 from 'The Tudors' VERY hot man!

The period costumes are rather HIDEous on him. Make him look like a beanpole, not a bulge or bump in sleight, even make him look shorter than his 6’1” height.
