I'm surprised he wasn't a bigger star. I know Grease 2 bombed but Michelle Pfeiffer went on to become huge. Speaking of Grease 2 it's really not that bad and he was both adorable and hot as Michael.

From what I heard, he was arrogant as hell. Michelle couldn’t stand him. If the arrogance thing is true, that could have backfired on him. He had the looks, some talent, he should have gone far. However, if you’re a pain in the ass, that can really put people off working with you. I’ve heard he’s very nice to fans. Perhaps he wasn’t so nice back in the day.
