Hey lafever. Ok cool. So with 2 to 3 days of rest between pumping days I'm assuming you were pumping about 3 times a week.
Using 10 to 20 psi. Yikes that's a lot of pressure. After 7 psi my dick gets a lot of fatigue and erection quality is weaken temporarily for the next couple of hours afterwards.
I'm using the vacutech thick wall cylinder and a thick wall elliptical cylinder. So on your pumping days were you only doing one 20 minute set?
Maybe I should cut down on my pump time since i'm doing 3 to 4 fifteen minute sets every other day using from 4 to 7 psi on the pressure gauge.
After you're pumping set did you put on a cock ring to help keep your penis semi engorged a while longer or was that the end of your workout?
Also in your opinion did any other forms of PE help with your gains or was it strictly the pumping that got you such amazing permanent results outside of the tube?
