Yes, I get 8.45" with a generous NBP starting point placement. Such a measurement adds a solid 0.5" (tried it on myself), so he could be closer to 8" than the Reese's pic suggests. Yes, when I manage to be in relatively good shape my difference is still over 1". Generally speaking, slimmer guys tend to have less fatpad but it's definitely an individual thing, as there's not only fat in there but also the fascia surrounding the suspensory ligament, which can have all kinds of configurations, see Criss Strokes for a most bizarre example, basically no lig and all fascia.

Anyway, that remote scene is far from reliable unless many of us try to reproduce it accurately, and even then whe'd still have to guess how much fatpad he's got. I agree 5.1 BP is obviously small, not average. Other posters have tried to claim that is average, which is dishonest. However, there are various studies, some are BP, some are NBP, and some do not specify. There is no study that claims a 5.1 BP average.

In response to your bold, you're giving me an anecdote about yourself and then saying everyone is the same? Lol what? So I went back to Danny D's dollar bill scene with Kiki Minaj, and found two usable frames, i.e. where the bill is exactly halfway down the cock*.

Unfortunately she's got her mouth on the glans and the NBP starting point isn't visible, so there's still some guess work needed, although there are some frames elsewhere where the NBP starting point can be seen, and the shape of the glans can be easily recreated. I decided to be extra generous at that end, to include the possibility that she's slightly squeezing or pushing on the glans.
If you think the NBP starting point I chose is unfair, keep in mind that the pics are rotated to make counting the pixels easier, and that throws off the angles and perspective, so please tilt your head to look at them before you speak.

Results are 8.19" and 8.18". If we strictly follow the shape of the glans to estimate the tip end, we get 8.12" for both pics.

that looks fair, Danny D could be somewhere between 8 and 8.25 NBP.
