Well im not urologue, but when I measure myself I do like that

I measure at the angle, where the green line goes (sorry that my paint skills ) but without pushing it, if I push on it I can gain 0.6 inch and I call it my "BP"

but not measure from the red line, because the ruler cant be "straight" and parallele to your penis, it will be a bit angled and you will gain some little inch

I would say the ruler needs to be put between the red and green line and parallel to the floor.
The problem is:
He can insert to about the red line during sex by slightly changing the angle NBPEL.

But: It just seems odd that one would say this man whose penis is doubtlessly very large would only be about 6.5 inches by just excluding the curve.
Measuring with a straight line is actually a good thing but ,think about it.
