Not to go against my own comments, I was checking out some different websites and a couple of the different global studies showed a difference in the average BP and NBP of 0.75”. So one could infer that value easily.
Thinking about it though (back in support of my theme), it is possible that extremely fat people could skew the average. The 0.75” is not a the average of the differences seen at each measurement point, it is the total BP average versus the total NBP average.
