This. The curve doesn’t really straighten during sex unless it’s extremely mild. Charlie’s fucking with a 7.5ish” cock unless he gets surgery or uses an extender (those can straighten curves IIRC).
I think just about any tension device would help straighten. Hanging, extender, etc.
You certainly can measure throughout the curve for personal matters and maybe for bone pressed matters.
