so are all estimations with NBP here ? some guys have different bodyfat so their real BP size would be different, how much is the standart from NBP to BP increase, 0.5 inches?

In the case of guys like Criss Strokes or Julio, it’s likely a bit less. They probably only have 0.2ish inches of fat pad or so. The majority though are definitely 0.5+.

Nah, I’m 0.2. The fat pad is the LAST place most men lose fat. You literally won’t lose any fat from there until you approach a true 10%. Also, I was a personal trainer & if you think you’re 12% from scales or a caliper, then you’re probably way higher. Regardless, an inch of fat pad isn’t absurd if you carry more fat there even at 12%.

Anywhere in the single digits could be as low as 0.2, or basically just a skin pad. I for example can see where my dick veins run into my fat pad. Criss Strokes has visible ligs there. 10+ could bump you up to nearly an inch fast though.

I think of Nacho cuz I've seen him 6.5ish in early movies looking similar in size to Manuel Ferrara, then approaching 7 when super lean and roided. He already looked in ok shape at 6.5 inches long so he clearly gained nearly .5 inches just by getting super low body fat.

I've actually been getting lean in the last couple weeks unfortunately I also have some buccal fat at even lowish body fats and my face really only looks it's best at 10 percent or less.

I'm sure I could gain at least 0.25 in length if I could get down to 10 percent or lower but it's very hard. Most people definitely underestimate their body fat. I've been tested at 13.2 percent before and had a 6 pack, most insisted I was way lower than that. To go from 12 to 10 in particular is very hard.

Definitely. I had abs at 13% & I went from about a 0.75 inch fat pad to 0.2 from getting below 10. Those last few percentages are WAY harder to lose than the rest. & if calipers or one of those bullshit scales tell someone they’re 12%, they’re often closer to 20. A true 13% body fat is very fit.

But you're right. Fat pad is pretty much the last region to burn fat for me. But there's also the factor of how hard you push I guess.

Yea there's a lot of bad PTs out there. I actually had a full 0.75 inch fat pad at 12-13%. I had to get to a legit 8% (veins on abs and striations everywhere) to get down to 0.2. My fat pad didn't actually change at all until I hit about 10%.

Depends if you carry alot of fat down there. I am now between 15 - 20 % body fat but I have a 0.5" fat pad. I just dont carry alot of weight around that area

Yea, there are obviously exceptions. It's like those big fat people you see every once in a while with twig-like legs despite having beanbag guts.

Yesss.... let me tell u about hard gainer legs. Don't get me wrong legs always been lean but just wouldn't gain any muscle. Lol
