Seeing as how these companies typically "bump up" the size of their dildos, I see him being at the very least, marginally smaller in both dimensions if we're being completely realistic here. What sex toy company is going to be honest or underestimate their clients size? None would be the correct answer.

Sean Michaels measured by Tessa Lane with the blue moon bottle, the "harvest moon" one, that measures 8.5" long. He is bigger than 7.5 inches. I know porn websites get carried away making up magical nonsense he is 11 inches but you can see he over 7.5". Looks around 8" to me and this is recent Sean Michaels.
