I did a pixel count on this image and got about 295 for Louie and 400 for his dildo. 295/400 = 0.7375 and since the dildo is 10 inches long that would make Louie about 7.375 inches which matches the measured pics he has out there. I was thinking the same. Also, if I read correctly the average height of guys in the study was only 5’6! I’m wondering if there’s sample bias since bigger cocks were more likely to have erectile problems and it was a urology clinic?
