I don’t think it’s that common to be honest. Even with porn stars. Maybe one or two here or there over the years and years of porn have had surgery, but to just scream surgery! at every dick that’s skews more towards an extreme than maybe some others do is, at least in my eyes, a coping mechanism.
I’m sure it’s happened with a few of the guys here or there over the years, but I highly doubt it’s any sort of common practice. Pumping and some casual PE exercises? Sure. Invasive surgery? No.
